The purchase of any product or service offered in this website, constitutes a contractual agreement between you and Adolfo Carrasco Clavarana NIF:74683737T (hereinafter referred to as WALK IN FOCUS – PHOTO TOURS) and represents your acceptance of the terms and conditions set out herein. Please ensure that you have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions prior to booking.

BOOKINGS:

To book a tour, please complete the “Book Now” Page forms. All booking correspondences will be carried out via FAREHARBOR reservation system. WALK IN FOCUS – PHOTO TOURS accept no responsibility for incorrect email addresses provided by you or failed email delivery attempts.

Do note that for walking tours, there is a minimum of 1 participants to go, and a maximum of 8 guests that I can accommodate on each tour. This is to keep the tour private and intimate.

Participants must book at least 3 hours before the tour starts.

All photo tours will be private tours. Once your reservation is made, the availability of that time slot will be closed. Please, contact WALK IN FOCUS – PHOTO TOURS in case you decide to add more participants to your group after your reservation.

PAYMENT AND CONFIRMATION:

Once your payment has been received, the reservation will be confirmed. Payment of the tour fees will also indicate that you have read and accepted these terms and conditions.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancellations made by participants:

To obtain a full refund, the participant must cancel at least 7 days before the start of the activity or in the 24 hours after the purchase, as long as it does not exceed 24 hours before the start of the activity, from which time there will be no possibility of refund.

Cancellations made by WALK IN FOCUS – PHOTO TOURS:

In the event of any cancellation made by WALK IN FOCUS – PHOTO TOURS, for whatever reason, the fees will be fully refunded.

Cancellations due to bad weather:

Participants should know that our tours, by definition, are outdoor events and are weather dependent.

In the event of extremely adverse weather conditions or heavy rain on the day of your reservation, you have the option of a full refund or the opportunity to reschedule for another day and time according to the availability calendar.

In the case of unsuitable weather conditions, participants will be contacted before the start, by email or by phone. The final decision to continue or not with the scheduled tour is at the discretion of WALK IN FOCUS – PHOTO TOURS.

PERSONAL FITNESS, ALLERGIES AND ACCIDENTS:

All tours require walking. Pace and physical demand of the activity will be agreed with the participants during the development of the walk according to their condition and interest.

Any medical condition or medication being taken that may affect your health or participation must be notified to us in writing prior to the event.

All events are undertaken at the participants’s own risk. WALK IN FOCUS – PHOTO TOURS accepts no liability or obligation in the event of illness, injury, death or loss or damage to personal property.

USE OF THE PHOTOGRAPHS:

WALK IN FOCUS – PHOTO TOURS reserves the right to photograph the participants of the activity, as well as to use any of these images for promotional purposes without further recourse or compensation.

However, participants can optionally purchase the exclusive use of the photos for a single additional price, regardless of the number of participants. By paying this additional price, WALK IN FOCUS – PHOTO TOURS undertakes not to use the photographs. Payment can be made at the end of the tour or at the time of the online booking, by selecting the box “exclusive use of photographs” so that the additional price will be automatically added to the final amount of the activity.

Participants may make personal or promotional use of the photos provided by WALK IN FOCUS – PHOTO TOURS.

The sale of the photos to third parties in any form, is not allowed.
